This application exemplifies how a pick and place process was programmed. The 4-axis robot picks up the blocks by vacuum with the help of a mounted vacuum gripper and brings them into the intended position.
The igus jointed-arm robot has an integrated control system and can be equipped with various grippers or camera systems. It has a reach of 680 mm and can pick up a maximum payload of 0.5 kilograms. With the free igus Robot Control software, programming the robot is child's play.
