The SMC ZXPE5 series unifies pump, vent valve, pressure sensor and suction cups into one compact 556 g unit requiring no external air supply. Designed for plug‑and‑play use via M8 connector, it supports FANUC CRX robots (PNP interface) and enables up to 5 kg payload at −84 kPa with 17 L/min flow rate. Three energy‑optimizing operating modes, 360° status display and built‑in diagnostics ensure reliable, transparent process control. Cup configurations from Ø 8–32 mm in various shapes and materials allow broad application flexibility.

The ISO 9409‑1‑50‑4‑M6 tool flange simplifies installation and fast tool changes using just two clamp screws. Integrated vacuum generation and leak‑reducing design support stable automated handling with minimal setup.
