The QKM Flexible Feeder enables automated feeding and sorting of small parts such as chips, springs, profiles, or medical components. With typical part sizes from 2–170 mm, vibration load up to 1.5 kg, and modular panels up to 470×350 mm, it offers high compatibility, fast changeover, and low-noise operation.

Its integrated control system combines material storage and vibration spreader for seamless flow. Plug-and-play integration ensures easy setup. The feeder is compatible with vision systems for part detection and allows flexible panel customization based on part shape.
