Schaeffler LIFTKIT-0S

The LIFTKIT-0S from Schaeffler is a vertical 7th axis for robots and cobots, which extends the working range by an additional lifting axis and enables multiple working planes to be accessed with a single system. Depending on the version, the low-vibration telescopic lifting column offers a stroke of 500 to 1,400 mm, a compressive load of up to 1,500 N and speeds of up to 80 mm/s. The system can be flexibly integrated into robot and PLC controllers via Ethernet and TCP/IP. Optional STO, safety relays and universal connectivity make it particularly suitable for palletising, material handling, packaging, inspection and machine operation.
