The GR04.700‑20 features a small‑diameter needle design for low entry depth, a flat entry angle for stable handling of thin or flat parts, and a knurled screw for accurate stroke adjustment to different textile thicknesses. Its double‑acting mechanism enables short duty cycles with separate compressed‑air connections for needle extraction and retraction, complemented by an additional inlet for rapid product release. Stroke range: 0–2 mm; 32 needles; 0.7 mm diameter.
