During the scaling process, there were staff shortages in production. The manual effort for portioning the meat mass became too time-consuming. In addition, the bags for pressing out the meat had to be continuously refilled.

The hose leads the meat mass from a large tank to the nozzle, which applies the mass evenly to the drying grid by a gantry robot and without manual effort.
