Modular Bin Feeder System for Flexible Production Workflows

The QKM Flexible Feeder is a modular feeding system for automated sorting and delivery of small parts such as chips, springs, profiles, or medical components. Supporting part sizes from 2–170 mm, vibration loads up to 1.5 kg, and panel sizes up to 470×350 mm, it offers high compatibility, fast changeover, and low-noise operation. Bin volumes range from 2 to 4 liters with up to 120 W power.

Its integrated control system combines material storage and vibration spreader for seamless operation. Plug-and-play integration ensures easy setup. The feeder is compatible with vision systems and supports flexible customization via interchangeable panel types.
